Do I need to install anything?

No. NutSplit lives entirely inside Telegram. Your household just needs to add the bot to your group chat.

Does it support multiple languages?

Yes! NutSplit supports English, Traditional Chinese (繁體中文), and Simplified Chinese (简体中文). You can change the language in /settings.

Is my data private?

On the self-hosted version the SQLite database lives on your own server. On Hosted Pro your data is stored on our secure VPS and never shared with third parties.

What happens if I hit the monthly limit?

Don't worry, your data is safe. You'll simply be prompted to upgrade to Pro for unlimited usage, or you can wait until the limits reset on the 1st of next month.

How do I upgrade to Pro?

Run the /upgrade command inside @NutSplitBot or tap the "Get Pro" button in any feature limit notification. Activation is near-instant.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel your Stripe subscription at any time — no lock-in, no questions asked.

How many people can use one subscription?

One subscription covers one Telegram group (one household). Multiple groups require separate subscriptions.
